Operations
Space, equipment, and cut-off management across all China gateways.
Company
OceanEase International was founded on a simple observation: most shipping problems are not caused by distance or weather. They are caused by information that arrived late, or never arrived at all.
Company
We are a freight forwarder and NVOCC operator working between Greater China and the markets our clients sell into — North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Our work covers ocean and air freight, customs documentation, and destination coordination.
The company was built by operators rather than traders. That shows up in how we work: we quote what we can deliver, we name the person responsible for each stage, and we put commitments in writing — including the uncomfortable ones.
We are deliberately mid-sized. Large enough to hold carrier allocations and absorb peaks, small enough that a decision does not disappear into a committee.
Company
An optimistic estimate that fails is more expensive than an honest one that holds. We quote the range, then explain what moves it.
Booking confirmations, cut-off reminders, exception notices, and delivery confirmations are documented, not remembered.
A problem reported on day one is a scheduling change. The same problem on day ten is a claim. We call it early.
Every shipment leaves a complete document trail, archived and retrievable — useful for audits, claims, and repeat orders.
Company
Started as a two-person operation focused on Trans-Pacific LCL consolidations into the United States.
Moved from spot bookings to fixed space on Trans-Pacific and Asia–Europe lanes.
Added in-house documentation review after clients consistently lost time to origin-side errors.
Operations and documentation teams appointed in Shenzhen, Ningbo, and Shanghai, keeping control of the file at origin.
Rail and sea-air routings added alongside bonded staging in Shenzhen and Los Angeles.
